In combination with technologies such as SharePoint 2003, ASP.Net, Visual Studio 2005 and utilising SQL Server reporting, integration, analysis and database services, a robust, fault tolerant architecture was defined from the initial requirements and developed by Business Agility using proven and reliable Agile methodologies.

Summary:

Business Agility was engaged with the analysis and design of a system to manage Land Securities' Building Compliance Certificates.

These deliverables included Functional Specification, Development Proposal and an Architecture Documentation for a system that would fit in with the existing system structure of SharePoint, C#, SOA and Web Services.

Summary:

Halifax Bank Of Scotland Card Services invested in a new enterprise-class contact centre, adopting a process management based approach. The solution is based around a Chordiant Software Contact Centre and is replicated at a disaster recovery site. Business Agility ran this as a managed delivery programme with overall project responsibility for development and implementation.

Summary:

Business Agility provided Royal Bank of Scotland with business analysis and implementation services in a project to allow call centres to store contacts and manage sales opportunities. This distributed system invoked business logic within the bank's mainframe CICS system. We also provided RBS Capital Markets with an advisory service in the selection of a new CRM system.
