• Traditional Time and Materials – particularly suited for staff augmentation type engagements where costs are incurred on a man day basis.
• Managed Cost - offering the client Minimum, Likely and Maximum costs and timescales. This is particularly suitable when a client has a high element of uncertainty over scope or requires a large degree of flexibility but still needs to manage budgets effectively.
• Classic Fixed Price - suited to engagements where our client wishes to hand over the entire delivery, where timescales and costs are set.
• Flexible Fixed Price – A unique offering from Business Agility. Timescales and costs are set, however, this is combined with our Agile approach, providing flexibility around scope and priorities throughout the engagement ensuring truly ‘fit for purpose’ deliverables on time.
