Our Project Managers are experienced in managing our varying software delivery projects. They work with the Business Agility delivery team and our clients to create the artefacts and processes that will ensure a well managed and accurately tracked project.

Key to our Project Managers’ success is their ability to select the most appropriate approach for managing each engagement. This is achieved by working closely with the client to determine their requirements in terms of governance, planning and tracking and selecting either an Agile Methodology or a more structured approach such as Prince II as the basis. This is then customised to provide our customers with a project which is managed in the way that best works for them.
