Agile Managed Workforce (AMW) takes the enormous pressure of your own HR and IT departments when facing a major new development project, perhaps using new technologies and lasting for 12 months +.

It is particularly appropriate where there is a requirement for a substantial handpicked team where each individual is to be interviewed, recruited and trained (if necessary) on behalf of a client against a specific development project that cannot easily be off-shored.

At the end of the engagement, certain individuals may be TUPED across to the client organisation, absorbed by Business Agility in other areas, assigned to an insourced support contract, or released to the general market.
