Agile Technical Support and Maintenance (ATSM) is service is designed to provide a ‘peace of mind’ support service for mission critical bespoke applications. It ensures that all instances are properly licensed, versions are current, integration points are maintained, as well as providing technical support for certain applications, perhaps bespoke applications that Business Agility has implemented.

The service can augment existing resources or be operated as an insourced/outsourced operation.
