Skills transfer via mentoring is often key.

At Business Agility we measure our success not on how long we engage on a project but how often we are asked back to add more value to another area of our clients’ business. Unlike some consultancies we know that having a client that depends upon us is a short sighted approach. Business Agility plans skills transfer into our delivery approach so that the client itself can support and enhance the systems that we deliver. A very successful approach to skills transfer is our Mentoring programme.

Our clients' own resources are included as part of the delivery team and their skills and experience are assessed. An individual plan is then devised for each resource within the overall development project. This allows them to be productive members of the team whilst gaining the skills required to support and maintain the system once it goes live.
